Public Apology

My friend Andrew Henderson called today demanding a correction and apology. I said in this post that Dick Stratton is probably the humblest man I know. Andrew insists, however, that he is the humblest man I know. I stand corrected.

Dick Stratton is probably the second humblest man I know.

  1. Do I even get a nod for my upcoming book, “Humility, and How I Attained It”?

  2. Are you sure you heard that right? Didn’t he say something like, “I have the humblest hairline of any man you know.”

  3. With looks like that, how could he not be humble? Just teasing, Andy! Of course, we all could use a good dose of humility. I agree with you, Chris, Dr. Stratton has to be at least the second humble man that I know.

  4. Wow. With friends like you guys, how could I not be the humblest man alive?

    Chris, thanks…buddy.

  5. Chris,
I am so glad that you caught this in a timely way. It saved me from posting about Andy’s unrivaled humility.

  6. Don’t mention it Andy. My pleasure. ;)

  7. Andy has alwasy been so, even from touring days, especially on the golf course.

  8. that is hilarious!

  9. Is that a mug shot?

  10. I am on public record that Mark Minnick is the best Christian I know. Humility is a subset of Christianity; therefore, Mark must be the most humble man. Henderson is now number two and declining as I speak.

  11. I needed a chuckle today!
