I Lost. Of Course.

Optimism lost out to Perspective. There’s something very instructive about that, I suppose.

Thanks for voting. Or if you didn’t, thanks for your part in yet another crushing defeat. Story of my life. Sigh.

(Perhaps I’ve been reading too many Demotivators?) :)

  1. My condolences. FWIW, I voted for you.

  2. You mean you actually had… optimism that you’d win? :-)

  3. At least you’ll never have to wear this:

See? It’s all in your Perspective. Oops…did I say that?

  4. So, does this make you the one with less standing next to the one who has more…?

I voted for you and was optimistic about your victory…though all the evidence was pointing toward defeat. ;-)

  5. You guys are hilarious. You should enter a sarcasm contest.

  6. As a balding guy and a church planter, I have to have the optimistic perspective that less is more.

  7. You live near Cleveland, man. You should be used to losing.

  8. Try being a Cleveland Indian fan ALL your life! I grew up in the Cleveland area (and STILL actually proud to admit it)!
