  1. Apparently UofM didn’t have the same funds available as did OSU . . .
    :)

  2. He’s pointing and laughing at a guy in a Michigan shirt.

  3. We’ll see in 4 years.

  4. Yep…we’ll see!

    Can anyone say “Justin Zwick”?

  5. Chris,

Apparently, Buckeye fans have been gloating so long over their counterparts at That-School-Up-North that you’ve been reduced to feign pity on us. “That had to hurt”? Yeah, it did. Just as bad as the day John Cooper got fired.

It’s a good thing that we are together (in and) for the gospel. Our unity in Christ certainly transcends the Jew-Gentile (read Blue-Buckeye) divide. =)

Grace and peace to you nonetheless,
    Matthew

  6. Yes, we’ll see. (Bite your tongue, Doug!)

But it’s still got to be a bitter pill. I mean, as if losing him weren’t bad enough, watching us gain him is a double whammy!

And you’re right, Matthew, that any pity is indeed feigned. Fortunately, we agree on eternal matters. :)

  7. Go Wings!

  8. RahRah UMKC Roos! (that’s right, folks…right here in the Heartland of America we have kangaroos…I even got my MA from the Roos). Yikes!

  9. Chris, I have been a Buckeye fan since I was a little kid! I remember the Woody Hayes era. I remember Archie Griffin, Jim Stillwagon, and Rex Kern. I AM A BUCKEYE FAN! I just temper my love of the Buckeyes with pessimistic optimism! :D

  10. I was wondering how long it would take OSU to get one person as fast as most players on any SEC school. Hey, now you may even be able to actually beat one in a bowl game.

Now maybe it won’t seem like slow motion watching highlights of your games on Sportscenter.

  11. From all your jawing, Andy, you’d think Tennessee had won (or even played in) a significant game in recent memory.

  12. Isn’t Tennessee a basketball school? :)

  13. Yepper. Go Lady Vols!

  14. Oh, to play in the big ten where you do not have to play against national championship winning teams year in and year out. Sigh.

All you guys have done is show the wonderful well-roundedness of our sports program. Thank you.
